Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the Spirit Art Course and accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not enroll in the course.

Course Description

The Spirit Art Course (Autumn 2026) includes:

  • Five (5) live Zoom sessions, each 90 minutes in duration
  • Sessions held on Tuesdays at 18:30-20:00 Swedish Time (CET)
  • Lifetime access to recorded sessions
  • Interactive instruction from Mia Ottosson

The course fee is €250, payable in full at the time of enrollment.

⚠️ No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this course and immediate access to exclusive content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You will receive immediate access to course materials and Zoom session links
  • All live sessions will be recorded and made available for lifetime access
  • The digital nature of the course makes refunds impossible once access is granted
  • You have read and understood the full course description before purchasing

Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to:

  • Video recordings and live session content
  • Teaching materials and demonstrations
  • Course structure and methodology
  • Website content and branding

Are the exclusive intellectual property of Mia Ottosson and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any course content without express written permission.

Participant Conduct

As a course participant, you agree to:

  • Treat the instructor and fellow participants with respect
  • Not record, screenshot, or distribute live session content
  • Keep your Zoom access link confidential and not share it with others
  • Use the course materials for personal learning purposes only
  • Participate in a spirit of openness and creative exploration

Session Access

Live sessions will be conducted via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and compatible device. If you miss a live session, you will have access to the recording. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent attendance.

Schedule Changes

While we make every effort to maintain the published schedule, we reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes via email. Schedule changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Materials

Rembrandt Soft Pastels are recommended for this course, but not mandatory. You are responsible for obtaining your own art supplies. The course fee does not include materials. Alternative pastels or pencils are welcome if you prefer to use what you already have.

Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or abilities you may develop. The course is intended for personal development and should not be considered a substitute for professional training or certification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mia Ottosson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the course or use of this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in the course shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
